Children with a background in competitive gymnastics, tumbling, trampolining and dance often have some of the traits to make successful competitive divers.
If you think your child has some or all of these attributes then contact email@example.com to arrange a trial, quoting TALENT TRIAL.
The squad scheme has two pathways: a competitive pathway and an elite pathway, which cover six competitive squads. We have two levels of TID groups which children with potential are invited to join to learn the basics of diving .. and from these can be selected to join a squad.
Squad divers do a mix of pool and dry-land training including conditioning, gymnastic work, trampolining and dry-board training. The divers range from novice to junior international level and train between 3 and 19 hours each week.
