One To One Sessions

Do you need help with your diving skills, or want to work on a particular dive?

Book a 121 session with one of our qualified coaches who will provide individual attention. Divers can focus on specific skills or they can follow the Star grade scheme. Watch videos of all the skills in our grade scheme here.

When, where and how long?

121 sessions are mostly held in term-time on various days and times throughout the week (not Saturdays). Sessions are usually 30 minutes long, although these can sometimes be extended up to an hour depending on pool and coach availability.

We are based at Guildford Spectrum.

How much?

Term-time 121s start at £40 per person for 30 minutes. Discounts can be offered on block bookings.
