One To One Sessions

Do you need help with your diving skills, or want to work on a particular dive?

Book a 121 session with one of our qualified coaches who will provide individual attention. Divers can focus on specific skills or they can follow the Star grade scheme. Watch videos of all the skills in our grade scheme here.

When and how long?

121 sessions are mostly held in term-time on days and times throughout the week (not Saturdays). Sessions are usually 30 minutes, although these can sometimes be extended up to an hour upon request.

How much?

Term-time 121s start at £40 per person for 30 minutes. Discounts can be offered on block bookings.

Term-time availability

Wednesdays: 18.15-18.45 or 18.30-19.00

Important: Divers must be able to swim 25m and be comfortable in deep water without goggles.
